All of our items are processed as quickly as possible and shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified or communicated with you. Items are shipped in either a secure, bubble wrapped envelope using regular post, or a corrugated box to protect larger/fragile items during shipping(keeping the shipping costs low for you!). Unfortunately there is no tracking or insurance included with this cheaper method of shipping. If you would like to have tracking or insurance placed on your purchase, please contact me and I would be happy to arrange this for you prior to purchase.
Canadian customersit usually take between 5-10 business days to get to your destination, but please allow up to three weeks for your items safe arrival.
United States customers it usually takes approximately 10 business days to get to your destination, but please allow up to 4 weeks for your items safe arrival. This timeframe depends on customs handling times
All other Destinations it will take between 4 to 8 weeks for your items safe delivery.This timeframe depends on customs handling times
Return Policy:
Returns must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of item. Returns must be sent back prepaid by purchaser. Total refund will include the purchase price of the original purchased item only, this does not include shipping charges. I do not prifit in any way from shipping.
