The WAHM stated 7-10 business days, but from order placed to shipping was 15 business days(21 days total). WAHM was found in an exchange of multiple emails to get the defective product dealt with to be less than honest several times.
| | Product review: | Product was defective upon receipt(numerous snaps were broken and would not stay closed at all thus needing replacement). WAHM immediately offered to replace the snaps if I would send it back to her, but given I am in the USA, she is in Canada, mail transit between the two easily takes 2-3 weeks many times, AND she had taken so long to get the cover out in the first place I was not willing to do so. The WAHM tried to convince me that Canada Post guarantees only 6 days between the two for First Class, but I assured her I was a seasoned buyer AND seller shipping between the two countries for the last 6 years and knew that was not true.
In the end she did give me the partial refund for the second quality item she sent me and I was able to have a local WAHM replace the defective snaps without being out any more money. Otherwise this feedback would be another negative in her list.
It's a shame I don't feel I can trust the quality and word of the WAHM because the cover is our favorite as far as fit and function now that it has been repaired. | | 2012-12-15 03:17:54 |

I purchased this item on June 28th. On July 19th the yarn still hadn't been received so I contacted the seller to find out when it shipped. The seller told me the parcel must have been lost or stolen and that new yarn would be ready to ship on July 21st.
The yarn from Snugs Boutique arrived July 30th. The shipping label indicates it was mailed (or at least the label was created) on 7/17/12 (BEFORE I CONTACTED the seller inquiring about the package).
I wish this had gone differently!
