Customer service:Hi I received my package today but I am missing one of the animated studio characters mask in women’s size. In addition, I ordered the Selena glitter mask in Men’s size but received in women’s size.

I can return the women’s glitter one in exchange for the men’s size.

Item:Custom Sewn Lions Face Mask- in Black
Customer service:On July 27, 2020 I placed an order for 3 face masks and paid for shipping to receive the product in 3-5 days. However, that did not happen. I could not reach anyone to ask questions and finally on August 17, 2020 I send Divababies an email stating where is my order, that it had been over 3 weeks and if I did not receive my order I would post negative reviews. A couple of hours later I received notice my order was on its way. So I'm going on 4 weeks for a 3-5 day order
