I create Rosemary Garden Dolls using premium DeWitte cotton interlock doll skin fabric from The Netherlands or Swiss Laib Yala cotton doll skin fabric. This is then stuffed with cleaned and carded natural wool. Facial features are added to the doll using DMC embroidery floss and a Stockmar beeswax crayon blushes the cheeks and brings the doll to life. The hair is always natural fibers, crocheted into a simple short fluffy wig or longer strands to create a variety of styles. I may use DollyMo, Weir Crafts or a handmade weft.
Are your dolls appropriate for all ages?
Rosemary Garden Dolls are not safe for children under three, as they may contain small parts or fluffy hair. Cuddle Dolls are lovely as a first doll, with the dress up dolls intended for older children or adults.
When will my order ship?
Your carefully packaged order will ship within 3 days, using USPS First Class Mail for doll clothing and dolls 10 Inches and smaller. I choose USPS Priority Mail for Dolls for dolls 11 Inches and larger. Made to Order and Custom requests will vary due to processing times.
