On March 5 I asked about the fabric because it was still in pre-shipment and she said it would go out in the next day. On March 19 I asked again and she assured me it was going out the next day. On March 20 she said she couldn't find the main fabric I bought and asked if my name was different. March 22 she issued a partial refund with out any other communication.
