Customer service:Hi, I ordered my product a month ago and never received it.
I left emails as well and did not hear back.

I plan to contact my bank and report this as fraud if I do not hear back. I will also leave negative review on Facebook as well.

Buyer resolution: I finally received my order. It is a great product, works well. Does not slip off diaper. Stays in place and comfy for baby. I wish customer service was better. The items I ordered were listed in stock so I don’t know why it took a month to get to me if shipped from California and I am located in arizona...
