At first she was good at responding to my messages. She claimed she mailed them to me but there was no D.C. sent with the package and it was not shipped through paypal so there was no record of it being sent. She said she would re-make them and she said that they were sent again but again no tracking info was sent to me. She said she'd refund my money and I have not heard back from her. This was my second order from her and I'm quite disappointed it ended this way. Oringally I had placed the order on Nov 27 and was contacted on Dec 17th that they had not been shipped yet but would be the following day. I emailed a week & half later asking for tracking number.She explained issues with post office and offered to make me a replacement order and have them shipped again or to refund my money. I agreed to wait for another shipment. Little did she know, my boy friend was laid off from his job the night before and I was looking to try to sample pack to offset the price of disposables. The fact that she allowed me to try this amazing sample pack for pretty much free gave me an opportunity to see which brands I like without spending too much.
