Customer service:Good at first, then she decided to e-mail me with hourly updates and changed the yarn from BFL to steel wool - ouch.
Product review: As you can imagine steel woolies are not so comfy and definitely NOT absorbant - I will not be buying from this WAHM again.

Seller response: What you don't realize is that steel woolies will never pill -- they may get a little rusty, but other than that, they will last forever! If you want, I can send some special balm for any scrapes your child is experiencing.

Buyer resolution: Seller got right back to me about the steel woolies issue and educated me about the surprising benefits - who knew! The balm she sent for free took care of the scrapes and a pesky diaper rash too. We are now steel woolies converts!
