Brooklyn is my happy girl. Whatever happens she knows sadness or rage are toxic for a mind. You can call her a philosopher… "Be happy you'll live better", she uses to say… And she eats the whole box of chocolate. Oh no, it wasn't hers? too bad but don't regret it, it made her glad…
Brooklyn is made from natural materials (you know, organic jersey covering carded wool, embroidering thread, goat hair. her face is sculpted. with a felting needle, as usual…).
You know, she's kind of a city girl, but she cares a lot about her environment (a shower a week to save water. Please don't be horrified, I'm sure your own dolls don't do better. No shampoo as well, for the rivers and their fishes). By the way, Brooklyn don't eat meat. Never. Oh she doesn't refuse a little butter on her pancakes or eggs inside cupcakes, but no meat at all, she's firm on it.
Brooklyn only wears handmade clothes. Local. Homemade, most exactly. Hand knitted scarf, felted boots, hat for the style (of course all these are pure new wool, please!), cotton for undies, green pants and corduroy dress, mix cotton/wool for her coat.
What else? Oh yes, Brooklyn needs a family. A loving one. In a urge.
