Shipping & Return policies
Shipping:
We are shipping from Canada, so it could take 2-3 weeks to arrive. We do find that most packages arrive in 10-14 days, but some do get held up at customs.
We strive to have our packages shipped out within 24hrs of payment being received.
We only charge actual shipping amounts. If there was an overpayment, we will refund it.
Most shippments do NOT have tracking numbers and are shipped ground. International packages are shipped Air. We can ship them ground by request.

International orders can add up to 2kg for Air Mail shipping. If you would like me to fill your package up to 2kg, please email me at bububebe@shaw.ca. I could add wipes, etc to bring it up to the full 2kg if you wish :D
Returns:
If something is wrong with your diaper, we want to know about it. We believe that we have created a wonderful product and we want you to be happy with it. Please contact us if you have any concerns about our products. We will do our best to make things right.
If you are returning a diaper or item that is not defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We will not refund you for the shipping you paid to have the item shipped to you or back to us.
