Please note that much like a Dooney & Bourke handbag, DESIGN PLACEMENT WILL VARY between each item. Understand that this is a completely handmade item, and although I do my very best work at all times it is possible that some minor imperfections and variabilities may occur. Made in a smoke free, dog-friendly home.
Shipping insurance must be added at checkout in order to insure your package. Insurance will be automatically calculated based on the total in your cart per USPS rates. In the event of a lost or damaged package, if you have added shipping insurance then I will be able to refund or re-make your order. If shipping insurance was not added, then I will unfortunately not be able to help you out other than to provide information for you to file your own claim with the post office (keep in mind that standard claims can only be filed for orders that used priority shipping and will only cover up to $50 value without additional insurance).
