PAYMENT:
I accept Paypal. Payment must be received within two (1) day of your purchase unless other arrangements have been made prior to the actual purchase. I will begin creating or putting last minute touches on your hair accessory when payment has been received and cleared. Please note that paying with an e-check through PayPal takes an additional 3-4 days for funds to clear.
You can pay thru Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Just follow instructions during checkout and enter "continue without Paypal account" when it prompts you to enter your Paypal information. Very easy. Also, when you use Paypal you don't have to worry about your credit card information being seen by merchant. We do not have access to your credit card information/number thru Paypal. Paypal just alerts us that payment has been made. Thank you.
SHIPPING:
I will ship packages via USPS. You should receive your package within 5-7 days [domestic shipments] from ship date! Insurance is optional. I will not be responsible if insurance is not purchased or for postal mishaps. Please let me know if you would like to add on insurance to your package for $1.10 and I will send you an adjusted invoice.
I will do my shipments on Tuesday and Friday.
- Items are shipped to international customers via regular air mail. Please remember that international post can be very slow.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
I love to create hair accessories! :) In doing so, I take great pride in the attention to detail that I strive for with each piece I create. I will never send out anything that I wouldn't have my daughter proudly wear! All of my items are handmade and are unique in style and design elements. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me so I can make it right! If you are not satisfied with a replacement item, a return will be granted within 7 days of item received. Item must be new, unworn, and undamaged for refund. Refund will not include shipping costs.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQs:
All items are made in my 100% smoke and pet free home. Having a little princess myself, I know how important safety is to all of us. All items are created with the greatest of care and attention to the smallest design element. This being said, some of the hair accessories may include small objects (i.e. pearls, rhinestones, etc.) that could pose a choking hazard if it becomes detached from the item. For this reason, please do not allow child to "play" with item without adult supervision. I do not hold responsibility for my items once they leave my studio.
