I ship all items First Class mail immediatly upon completion (please allow 7-10 days custom orders). Instock items will ship withing 1-2 business days and Internation withing 1-3 business days. I will exchange for a different size or style. Custom orders are non-refundable due to the customized nature of them. I repair warranty all of my diapers for 90 days against any defect in workmanship. If a defect is found please message me to set up arrangements for repair of the diaper.
