Each item is individually created, and there will be differences between the item that is pictured and any other product that is ordered. Even if you order two matching items, they will have differences, which is the beautiful thing about tie dyeing and hand dyeing-every piece is ONE OF A KIND!! I am unable to offer refunds on custom dyed items, but want all my customers to be happy, so if you wish to resolve an issue, please contact me directly so we can work something out.
