Payment - I accept paypal payments only. Please pay within 2 hours of carting or I will delete your cart and re-list the item(s). Thanks for understanding!
Shipping - I ship using your paypal address on file. Please ensure this is up to date and correct. I ship domestic and international. I usually will ship First Class unless otherwise arranged. International shipping will be refunded if exceeding $1 in shipping overage.
Returns - I do not accept returns. If within the first 30 days of receiving your diaper you have problems with your snaps or elastic I will happily make the repair on the diaper. All shipping to and from will be covered.
Although I strive for perfection, I am very much human. My diapers probably will not be 100% perfect. However, if you do find something vastly off or wrong, please contact me asap! I want my customer's to feel good about their purchase and will do whatever needs to be done to fix the situation.
Fabrics - I pre-wash all my cotton and bamboo fabrics prior to sewing to account for shrinkage and bleeding. Please know I do everything I can to ensure the fabrics will not bleed, but this is not a guarantee. Please wash diapers with darker colors (red, black, charcoal, navy, etc…) with a color catcher sheet or alone until you know for certain dark fabrics are not bleeding.
Please know that I do not know how a fabric will wear over time. I do not know if it will continue to shrink during multiple washes, begin to pill or fade quickly. Thank you for your understanding.
