Cute Little
Bugs on HC accepts paypal and personal checks. Paypal payment is expected within
24 hours of listing purchase. Checks are expected within 10 days of
listing purchase. Custom or made to order items are not started until

Shipping is via USPS.
For US Orders:
Packages will be shipped First Class if 13oz or under and Priority if
over 13oz. Delivery confirmation is included with every package.
For Canadian orders: Shipping includes delivery confirmation but not insurance unless you purchase separately.
International orders: Shipping includes insurance. Any non-receipt claims must be reported to me by 88 days past the shipping date.
In-stock completed items ship within 1 business day of cleared
payment. Items that require a custom finish ship within 4 days of
cleared payment. For complete customs, the turnaround time will either be stated in the listing or communicated to you.
If there is a problem with your
item I would like the opportunity to make it right first. Refunds in
full can only be grated before work is started and/or item is shipped.
Custom items may not be returned, in-stock items may be returned minus
the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

photos used in listings are stock photos, the actual item may have
slight variations in print orientation, thread, zipper or snap color, or bead
shape.
