Payment

Payments must be made or arranged within 24 hours of purchase or the item will be automatically restocked.

Shipping

Delivery Confirmation is included in all shipping costs. In-stock items ship within 3 business days, custom items ship within 15 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic packages to be delivered, 2 to 6 weeks for International, depending on shipping method. If a package is returned as undeliverable, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. I will only ship packages to the address listed on the paypal invoice.. Once a package leaves my hands, I am not responsible. If you are concerned about delivery, please purchase or request insurance at check out. When applicable, over payment of shipping of $1.00 or more, will be refunded.

Customer Service & Returns

All of my items are independently sewn/crafted by me. I strive for excellence, but please note that I am human, and not a machine, so there may be variations in the final product. My number one priority is your satisfaction. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns about my items. If you do encounter a problem with an item, I will work with you to find a solution. Returns are accepted on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Item’s sold as “seconds” are sold as-is, and are non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable.
