Payment policy: I expect payment within 8 hours of agreeing to purchase an item. If you need a modified shipping quote, or to use a money order or RME instead of paypal, please email me at jennifer.kite@gmail.com with your order numbers before paying and I can send you a modified invoice.

Return policy: I will accept returns for a refund minus shipping costs up to 7 days after items received on any unused and unopened In-stock product. I will not issue refunds on custom blended items as it was custom made for the buyer. I will issue the refund once the item is received back. I will not issue a return for items lost by the post office. I offer insurance on my items, and if this is a concern for you, I'd highly recommend purchasing the insurance when you purchase your items as I have no control over the post office.
