I no longer ship outside of the US and Canada due to the high cost of shipping. I do add a small surcharge to my shipping rates to cover boxes and bubble wrap (the biggest expense in my business next to the clay). If the item is 2 pounds or less, I ship USPS priority and round up to the nearest dollar since those boxes are free. If the item(s) weigh more, I ship by fedex ground and add on the cost of the box and extra packaging. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will see what I can do to correct the problem.
