Shipping
I ship once a week only. Overseas orders please e-mail for a quote. All custom orders will take 1-2 weeks to complete. The time frame will start once I get your childs measurements that are needed not when you pay. Insurance is not added to any order so please add it if you want your items insured. DC is FREE for each order. DC WILL NOT TRACK YOUR PACKAGE. It is for my protection only. I will not be held responable for lost packages so if your worried about lost items please get insurance. Also I don't have time to send e-mails on when your item has shipped. If you need to know please e-mail me. I can't control how fast or SLOW the post office is. I will be more then happy to provide the DC but you need to e-mail me for it. Remeber this will NOT track your package but will only state that it was mailed from my post office and arrived at your post office.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted on unworn, unused and unwashed items. The seller must be notified within 2 days of your receipt of the item of your intention to return. Returns must be received within 10 days of notification. Upon receiving the item, your purchase price will be refunded, less mailing costs, unless items is being returned for a defect.

Please keep in mind that we are a family business and I put that first. Proublems and sickness can happen at anytime. I also work outside the home so this sometimes may cause a delay in shipping. I will keep in contact with you if there is ever a issue like this. Feel free to e-mail me and I will get back to you that day.
