I.Sizing and Pricing

II. Custom Items
Custom knit items can take up to 6-8 weeks for completion. Hand dyed and painted shirts can take up to a week. These quotes do not include lead time for custom ordering yarn or special size clothing. If you need an item rushed, please let us know. We will gladly work with you to figure a way to accomodate your schedule. Extra Rush charges may apply. Time quoted is an estimate and though we strive to make all deadlines, sometimes emergencies do arise. We will do our best to keep our customers updated as to the progress of their order.

Custom knit items, because of their nature, are final sales. Please double check your little one's measurements before ordering. We cannot be responsible for ill fitting items due to mistakes in measuring. Photos will be provided to the customer prior to shipping. All deposits paid toward a custom order are nonrefundable.

III. Yarn/Pooling/Fading/Etc
We strive to provide our customers with the very best yarn we can. Hand-dyed yarn, however, due to it's nature, sometimes will bleed or fade over time. This is not a defect and we cannot accept returns because of this. In addition, pooling and patterning of the yarn is not a defect and we cannot accept returns on custom orders due to this.

Mom-ufacturing defects (loose seaming or knots) sometimes occur, and we will glady fix these items free of charge. Other problems, like small snags from wear, we will repair for a small fee and shipping each way.

IV. Washing
HANDWASH AND LAY FLAT TO DRY ONLY!
We are aware that many new model washing machines have a "wool care" setting now, but due to the differences in machines, we cannot guarantee items washed or dried in machines. Please handwash and lay flat to dry only according to our directions. Machine washing voids any and all NatureBabyKnits waranties.

V. Shipping
Please note that I ship to the address on file with PAYPAL, so please be sure that contains the correct information. Please double check if you have recently moved or are away from home. If you have purchased an item as a gift, please add that shipping address to your Paypal. Insurance is not required, but we recommend purchasing it- please let us know at time of check out if you would like it. NatureBabyKnits is not responsible for items lost in the USPS system. Delivery Confirmation is placed on every item we ship automatically. Gift wrap/card are available at request for an additional $3.50 per item.

VI. Returns
Instock items may be returned (less shipping) within 14 days of purchase if in unwashed/unworn condition. Refund or store credit will be issued, at my discretion.
