I ship once a week, on a Saturday morning, from UK. I recycle as much packaging as possible, so you may receive your items in pre-loved (but always clean!) bags. If this is a problem please don't hesitate to contact me. I welcome custom orders, but these cannot be returned. Any issues with items should first be addressed to me via email and I will discuss with you what outcome would be most suitable.
