Diaper and Soaker Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Knowing that not all babies are the same shapes and sizes, you can return your unworn(except for being tried on)/unwashed diaper or cover within 30 days with approval. Please email me within 48 hours of receiving the item to work out a possible return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer, and if an exchange cannot be worked out, a refund will be issued once the product has been received by me. For return approval, please contact me by email.

Custom Work

We post the yarn you choose the size, waistband and cuff option. There is a $20 non-refundable deposit on all custom work ($10 towards purchase, $10 custom fee). 50% of remaining balance is due before knitting starts and the other 50% due before item is shipped. No changes can be made once the knitting starts. If you are interested in a custom color that isn't listed, let us know and we'll do our best to find it or create it. Please measure the child carefully, and supply full measurements for all custum work. This will guarantee your satisfaction in the fit of the work.

Shipping and Payment

Jam Side Up ships from Canada to the US and Canada. Any international customers (international meaning anywhere other than the US and Canada) should contact me to try and work out a different shipping plan. Payment is required immediately when purchasing from the website and within 72 hours after the auction ends through PayPal. Any products not paid for within 72 hours will be restocked/relisted. At this time, I only accept PayPal (sorry, no cheques or money orders). Paypal is free and easy to use. PayPal orders usually ship within 3 days of receipt, not including weekends/holidays. If your payment is not received or other arrangements are not made within 72 hrs, the item will be restocked/relisted. Custom orders please allow a 2-3 week turnaround time. I will contact you with details upon purchase.

Please note that once an item leaves my hands and is with the postal service, I can no longer be responsible for it. Please ask me about purchasing postal insurance for the item.

A Note About Me

I am not a professional seamstress. I taught myself how to sew and work hard to make a diaper that is not only functional but looks good too. There may be some minor imperfections that do not affect the quality of the diaper. These imperfections would not be noticed by the untrained eye and do not compromise quality. If there is a mistake that warrants a listing as a second, I will certainly do that. I am my own worst critic and would not sell something I would not be happy buying. I want you to be a happy, satisfied customer and am willing to work to make that happen.
