I ship within 3 business days of payment being received. I put delivery confirmation on all packages, but once they leave my hands, I am not responsible. Please purchase insurance for your protection. Materials and workmomship are guaranteed for 90 days from shipment if our recommended care instructions are followed. We will gladly exchange any unwashed/unused item within 15 days of shipment. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded, unless the product is defective. Snaps are guaranteed for 1 year.
