While I do my very best to insure that my diapers are beautiful and fully functional, I am human, and errors sometimes do occur. If I miss something and your product arrives with a major cosmetic or functional flaw, I will make you a replacement (or fix the problem, in the case of snaps) within 30 days, upon receipt of the flawed item. If I no longer have the same fabric, and cannot procure it, I will offer you a refund or the choice of a new fabric. I will, of course, cover shipping for the flawed item back to me, and for the replacement item to you.
