POLICIES Returns: All of our items are hand crafted unique pieces. Please note that we strive for excellence in our workman ship but since they are human made and not machine made there may be variations in stitches, etc. We will accept returns on non-custom orders that are returned in the same condition as purchased for up to 2 weeks after the date of purchase. All items being returned must have had prior return authorization. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping charges. Shipping: All in stock items will be mailed within 3 business days. Custom orders will take up to 15 business days to ship. Please allow up to 10 days after the item has shipped for it to arrive at your home. Purchasing insurance for your items is recommended as we cannot be responsible for any items that may be lost and or damaged by USPS where insurance was not purchased.
