Customs
Customs will be listed on my cart, I will no longer be taking requests for customs through emails. Thank you all for understanding! :)
Payments
You have 24 hours to pay for your order or it will be canceled unless you have made other arrangements with me. Payment must be in US funds, I will take international orders; Please email me for a shipping quote. Once your payment has cleared I will ship on the next shipping day; excluding custom orders.
Shipping
The cost of shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. All items will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation. I am not responsible once a package leaves my hands therefore I recommend that you purchase insurance for all of your packages. I ship via PayPal so please make sure your address is correct before making payment. I am not responsible for a package being shipped to a wrong or incorrect address. If ordering outside the US, please contact me for shipping costs.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as I would like the chance to fix the problem. I want you to be happy with your order. Please check your item upon arrival for size and quality. Returns must not be worn or washed. If there is a defect in the item within 30 days of purchase, I will do my best to fix or replace it.
Before I issue any exchange I must receive the item first and see if it can be fixed. I will contact you and let you know if I am able to fix it or not.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on “seconds”. If you feel the need to return a item to me, you are responsible for the return shipping. If the item can be fixed I will pay for shipping back to you.
Other Info
I am not responsible for problems due to improper care or abuse. Any slight variations in each item will not affect the intended size or function but slight imperfections could exist.
I am a non-smoking home. I do have two dogs and while they are not allowed to be in my sewing area there is a chance of a stray hair in your package. I do check each item before it is packaged but for those of you who have allergies I want you to be aware.
