Customs can take up to 2 weeks to make unless otherwise specified (not including shipping time) Returns need to be sent back in new - never washed condition for a full refund. A refund can only be asked for up to 3 days after receiving the item. Custom Items cannot be returned. I try my best to use the best available fabrics for the diapers but I’m sorry there will be no refunds or replacements for separated PUL or any fabric sent by the customer.
