Payment: I accept paypal. please pay for your item within 24 hours. Shipping: I generally ship items within 3 days of cleared payment unless specified in the items description. I will ship items with delivery confirmation through either USPS or UPS. Customer Service & Returns: All items are made by me in my home. We are a non-smoking, but pet-friendly home. I do keep items separate from pets. I strive to make each item perfect, however, as these are handmade items and I am not perfect, there may be slight imperfections as should be expected with handmade.
