PAYMENT Payment is due upon purchase - no items will be shipped without verification of appropriate payment through Paypal. If you do need to return an item please contact me so proper arrangements can be made. The item must be in its original condition, unwashed, and unused. Items must be postmarked for return to me within 7 days of delivery to you. Refunds (less shipping costs, paypal fee's) will be given once I have received the item. Please purchase tracking on your return shipment as I am unable to be responsible for packages that do not arrive. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All my items are handmade and some variation is to be expected, however no item is sent out that has not been quality checked. If you do find something amiss, please contact me immediately upon receipt. Seconds are sold as-is. There are no refunds, warranty or exchanges on seconds. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGE ON CUSTOM ITEMS Warranty Information: Snap Defects – 6 months. Elastic Defects – 60 days. Diapers will not be replaced or refunded due to size related reasons, repelling or staining, therefore please measure your child prior to purchase. SHIPPING: Items are shipped to the address on your PayPal unless otherwise requested. Insurance is not included, but is strongly recommended. (I add complimentary insurance to all packages valued over $50.00) If you would like to have insurance added, please convo me. I cannot be responsible for items once they are out of my hands. I keep my receipts for proof of sending. Thank you for understanding. Items will be shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received. All items are shipped via Canada Post or United States Postal Service- I make one US postal run a week (we live close to the US Border). If you require express shipping please contact me for a quote. Combined shipping is automatically available. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, or duty charges that may be incurred at customs. Unfortunately, Canadian shipping costs are high; I try to remain competitive, but also not lose money on my shipping. For orders outside of Canada and the US, please contact me for shipping costs. I cannot guarantee postal delivery times on international shipments - they may take from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on international mail delivery systems. Thank you!
