Items are hand and custom made for you, by me. No two will be alike, and I want you to be 100% happy with your order. Regarding footwear: PLEASE measure your child's feet (standing flat, from heel to big toe) if you are unsure of what size to order. Should you need to exchange a new, unworn pair of shoes for a different size due to improper or lack of measuring, I will ask you to pay for shipping to and from. Once a shoe is worn, it cannot be exchanged. Regarding trainers, diapers, and soakers/longies: Due to the personal nature of these items, no exchanges or returns can be made.
