Payment must be made within 48 hours of purchase or items may be re-listed.

Shipping

Shipping is through USPS. Please be aware that shipping costs include both shipping and handling. You will never see these costs built into the price of your purchases. Shipping overcharges in excess of $1.00 of actual shipping and handling costs will be refunded to the buyer.

All Domestic US purchases of ready made items will be shipped within 2 business days unless specified in item listing. International packages will be shipped on Saturdays only.

Crystal City Fibers cannot be held responsible for Items lost or damaged while in the hands of the postal service. We Highly recommend Shipping Insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns of Custom Items unless the item is not as described, or if the fit is far off from your submitted measurements (hand-knits). You will Always receive photos for your approval prior to shipping on custom items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

We are required to collect sales tax from New York State residents. Your tax rate is determined by your shipping address. Please note that the cost of shipping and handling is subject to tax in New York State.

New York residents will be automatically charged 8% sales tax. Those who should be charged the lower rate will be refunded the difference within 1 business day.
