SHIPPING
Timeline: We do our best to ship in-stock items within 3 business days. Custom orders are shipped upon completion, usually two (2) weeks following the order.
Method: We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation - alternative delivery options can be requested. While we do our best to package parcels securely, we suggest ordering insurance, especially for herbal remedies.
International Customers: Please request an updated shipping total after placing your order. International orders may take up 5 days to ship because it requires a trip to post office.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Our business thrives on custom orders and we do our best to make sure customers are satisfied.
Payment: All custom orders payments must clear before work will begin.
Timeline: Your order will be completed within two (2) weeks after payment has been received. If any design elements or measurements are needed, the two week time frame will begin once we have all the necessary information to start your order.
Returns: Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not offer refunds on custom made items. We cannot be held responsible for problems with fit based on incorrect measurements, but will do what we can to resolve any issues.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a thirty (30) day refund policy. You must contact us immediately upon receiving your order and return the items to us within thirty (30) days for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on consumable products or any herbal products that have been opened or used.
Custom items are non-refundable, but we will work with you to solve any issues you have the the final product.
