Payment and Shipping: We accept only Paypal at this time. Payment is expected within 12 hours or item will be re-listed. All items ship via Canada Post. We strive to ship within 3 days of payment and will refund excess shipping charges for combined items. Insurance is included
Refund Policy:. We do not accept refunds on knit items unless there is a product defect due to
knitter's error. Please measure your child to ensure a proper fit. If you are requesting room to
grow on a custom item please be aware that it will be roomy. Knitting is very stretchy.
We do what we can to avoid pooling but sometimes a colorway won't cooperate for certain
sizes or projects.
We are not responsible for dye bleeding on the finished item when washing/blocking unless the
colorway was dyed by the knitter. If the yarn dyer did not adequately set the dye then bleeding
could occur. Please be aware that the essential oils in wool wash can cause bleeding. It is
recommended to not leave your item soaking for longer than 1/2 an hour when lanolizing. If you
see color in the water when washing your item rinse it well and again do a short soak for
lanolizing.
If there is a misrepresentation in the measurements or a flaw in the knitting we do accept returns
if the knitter is contacted within 7 days of receipt of the item. We can then discuss the options of
a refund or a repair.
Feedback: Feedback is appreciated, we always love to hear that you like your item. If you are
unhappy with your item please contact the knitter before leaving negative feedback, we all
would like the opportunity to improve your experience.
Each of us reserves the right to refuse to work with or sell to someone with negative feedback to
protect our business.
Customs: Custom slots will be listed if a knitter has an opening. The custom slot listing will
outline the knitters policies and by purchasing a slot you agree to abide by those policies.
Consider the purchase of a custom slot as a non-refundable deposit that will count towards your
final balance.
