All items come from a pet-free, smoke free home.


Payments:
I accept payment through paypal. Payments should be made within 24 hours of purchase. If payment has not been made in this time, your order will be canceled.


Shipping:
Items will be shipped with USPS with Delivery Confirmation included, to the address listed in your paypal account. If you would like the item mailed as a gift to a different address, please make note of the correct address at time of payment.

In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

Custom orders will be completed within 3 weeks after yarn is received & all details are finalized, though items may be mailed sooner than 3 weeks. If you need a custom item sooner, please email me and I can give you a more accurate estimate of the time it will take to complete your order.


Customer Service:
If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible.

For in-stock items, item(s) will be accepted for returns within 10 days of receipt as long as the item it is unused and in original condition. In the case of a return, after the item is received by me I will refund the original price through paypal minus the shipping cost or replace the item. Items received that are not in their original condition will not be refunded or replaced.

Items may not be returned due to size/fit issues. Please read the listings carefully and note measurements.

Seconds are sold as-is and are not be returned or exchanged.

Customs:
Custom items may not be returned, except in the case of a defect. Please note that pooling is not considered to be a defect. If you are concerned about pooling on your custom item please let me know, and I will do whatever I can to prevent it, but some pooling of colors may be unavoidable.

Custom items may not be returned due to size/fit issues, so please measure carefully. If you need help taking measurements, please let me know.
