My policies
RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Your satisfaction is my
priority.
Within 7 days of
purchase you may return unwashed
& unused items to us for any reason, basically it needs to come back to
me the same condition you received it (must be post marked within 7 days of
receipt-I will go by the DC date). Once I receive your item (s) back then I can
either exchange for a similar item (if available), issue you store credit,
or give you a refund. Custom orders are not returnable.
WARRANTY:
All items made by
Cottonspuds and purchased from Hyenacart.com are under limited warranty for 30
days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers flaws such as detached
snaps and or aplix, faulty elastic, and other construction related flaws.
The warranty does not cover problems that may arise due to misuse or excessive
wear and tear. This warranty does not include "seconds" or
clearance items those are purchased "as is".
My warranty does not
cover wrong size ordered items. I can exchange un worn/ new condition items
only. If you need something altered, there will be a fee, please email me and I
will be happy to help you. If there is an issue with workmanship I want to
correct it - please let me know about it so that I can prevent the same mistake
with future orders!
Cottonspuds will cover all
shipping costs to return flawed items from and to the customer within the first
30 days as long as care instructions accompanying the item have been followed,
and the flaws have not been caused by misuse or excessive wear and tear. After
the first 30 days, I will be happy to evaluate any problems that come up and
consider repairs. Depending on the type of repair, there may be a small labor
fee as well as the customer must cover all shipping costs.
Please note that
Cottonspuds Boutique is not responsible for return shipping or outgoing shipping
on returned or exchanged items.
