Payment All payments are due within 48 hours of your purchase. After this time, if no payment has been made and I have not heard from you, I will cancel your order and re-list the item. I accept payments through PayPal and RME. If payment is made be E-Check I will not start or ship your item until payment has cleared. If you would like to make payment via RME please contact me, please note your order number and the name of your listing, don’t forget to include your mailing address. Trades will be worked out and agreed to before work starts or ships. Returns and Refunds Returns will be accepted on in stock items with in ONE week of receipt of delivery, if the item is not as described, i.e. incorrect measurements. On custom work, pooling is not a reason for return, I will do my best to mitigate pooling but due to the nature of hand dyed wool, I can not make a blanket guarantee that pooling will not occur. I will accept returns on customs that are not made to the measurements given. No refunds or returns after ONE week or delivery. I have the right to refuse anyone with negative feedback or reputation. Layaway I am happy to offer a layaway program. Thirty five percent of the total purchase price, including shipping, is due at the time of purchase with the remainder due with in 4 to 6 weeks. All goods will be shipped after final payment has cleared, All layaway plans must be discussed prior to purchase. Please understand you must still buy the listing, a layaway discussion does not hold or guarantee the sale of the item negotiated. If the terms agreed to are not honored, the item will be relisted and no refund will be given, no exceptions. Shipping All in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of full payment. All items are shipped via USPS with Delivery Confirmation; unless other shipping method is requested, I can ship via several carriers, please inquire if needed. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ - Items are mailed to your PayPal transaction address. If you would like your purchase sent to another person, please add this address as another address to your PayPal account BEFORE purchasing. If you make a note I will be more then happy to wrap and add a note for you. Delivery Confirmation is included in your shipping price, although insurance is not. You may choose to purchase insurance separately. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot be held responsible for your package once it leaves my hands.
