All customs are taken with a down payment that is non refundable but will go towards the final purchase price of the custom. Payment in full is required for me to begin work on your custom after all options have been chosen. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom orders as they are all dyed and made to order. I cannot take returns for customs! There is a lot of work, time, supplies and so forth which cannot be returned or compensated with for custom orders. I am not responsible for any packages once they leave my possession so please purchase insurance on your items if you wish to protect them during shipping. Non-paying buyers will be given one warning and 5 days to pay for their items before being blacklisted and reported unless they have contacted me with a valid reason for non payment such as a family emergency.
