Shipping Policies- I ship once a week on Thursdays so please keep this in mind when purchasing. If there happens to be circumstances when you do need something earlier please let me know and we will see if there is any way to make it work :). I am not responsible for the package when it leaves my hands so I suggest buying shipping insurance but this is completely up to you. If you order more than 1 item I will combine shipping so please e-mail me for an invoice in those instances.
Store Policies- Customer service is of the upmost importance to me and therefore I will strive to always satisfy my customers. Returns are accepted within 15 days. Refunds will always be less shipping. Custom items cannot be returned for any reason unless I have made a mistake on the custom item. If I do not have a custom spot available for any item that I have listed and you would like one, please feel free to email me to discuss. All of my items are handmade with love and although quality is very important "flaws" should be expected. I believe that these "flaws" make each piece unique and one of a kind. These "imperfections" will never hinder the quality or effectiveness of the items!
