All items come from a smoke free, dog friendly home. Sewing supplies and finished product are kept away from pets. Our home is heated with a wood stove. I've been told on occasion that an item smelled faintly of wood smoke and that regular washing fully removed the odor. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the personal nature of mama cloth, I cannot accept returns and do not offer refunds. My only exception to this policy is that in the event of a defective product (other than normal wear and tear, and within the first 30 days of your product purchase), I will gladly replace your product with one of equal value upon reviewing high-resolution pictures of the defect in question.
