Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return your item for a refund.

If an item is returned due to a flaw in manufacturing or anything else that is my fault; the customer can choose to...

  1. Return at MarahBelle's expense for a full refund; including shipping.

  2. Return for repair at MarahBelle's expense.

  3. Return at MarahBelle's expense for store credit of the full purchase price; including shipping.

If an item is returned because the customer wants a different size/color/style, has changed their mind or any other reason that is outside of my control the customer can choose to...

  1. Return at the customer's expense for refund of the purchase price minus shipping.

  2. Return at the customer's expense for Store Credit of the full purchase price; including shipping.

  3. Exchange for another item. The customer is responsible for return shipping, any additional cost over and above the value of the returned item and shipping for the new item.

Shipping Modes and Locations

All packages will ship via U.S. Postal Service First Class with Delivery Confirmation (where applicable) unless the customer requests a different mode of shipping.

MarahBelle currently ships to all of North America, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Australia and New Zealand. If you live anywhere else, please contact me before making your purchase.

Shipping Insurance

When choosing first class shipping via the U.S. Postal Service, it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase insurance if they are shipping inside the United States. Insurance is not available via the U.S. Postal Service for International shipments.

Packages shipped via FedEx/UPS are automatically insured.

In the event that a package is lost/damaged without insurance for any reason that is the fault of the seller; the customer has the following options...

  1. MarahBelle will cover the full cost of replacement.
  2. MarahBelle will give the customer a full refund; including shipping.
  3. MarahBelle will give the customer store credit for the full amount of the purchase; including shipping.

In the event that a package is lost/damaged without insurance for any reason that is not the fault of the seller; the customer has the following options...

  1. MarahBelle will split the cost of replacement with the customer.
  2. MarahBelle will refund half of the full purchase price.
  3. MarahBelle will give store credit for half of the full purchase price.

Shipping Time-lines

  1. All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of payment clearing, and a Tracking Number will be sent to the customer (where applicable).
  2. All custom orders, unless otherwise agreed upon, will ship within one week of MarahBelle's receipt of all custom information (i.e. measurements, fabric choices, etc.). A Tracking Number will be sent to the customer (where applicable).
