Payment
All payment are due within 48 hours of purchase, auction end, or ffs drawing. Failure to promptly pay within 24 hours will result in a Paypal, "Request for Money". Should the item remain unpaid for 48 hours, it will be relisted. All forms of Paypal accepted. If you payment is made via Paypal eCheque, your item will not ship untill payment has cleared (6-10 business days).
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return (at your expense) your unwashed and unused item for a full refund, less shipping cost. Refund will be issued within 7 days of receipt of item. No refunds will be given for washed or used items. Items sold as "seconds" are sold as-is and carry no guarantee.
Exchanges and Repairs
Sizing: I am happy to exchange unwashed and unused items if they fail to fit within 3 days of their arrival to you.
Defects: A 60-day guarantee on all product defects applies, provided that care instructions were followed correctly. In all cases, an attempt to fix the defect will occur prior to negotiating an exchange for a new product. If an issue arrises with your product, please email Ella Bella Bum at ellabellabum@msn.com with a description of the defect prior to shipping, so I can discuss the best way to repair your item. For repairs and exchanges within this 60 day period, I will refund any shipping charges.

Care Instructions on Pocket Diapers
Pocket Diapers come to you prewashed and ready to go. The chemical residue from manufacturing has been removed and you should not encounter "repelling" upon receipt.
Suggested Wash Routine
- Cold Rinse
- Hot, Extra Long Wash
- Cold or Hot Rinse (during rinse, ensure no suds are left behind, if so, re-rinse and adjust amount of soap used for next time you launder diapers)
Pocket Diaper Specific Laundering Information
Pocket diapers are some of the most innovative diapers of today. These diapers generally have a stay dry polyester interior lining that keeps baby's skin dry. This interior lining is like a microscopic colander. Moisture passes between the fibers of the polyester into the absorbent insert. Moisture is not absorbed by the polyester--this is why the fabric can "stay dry".
When washing these modern stay-dry diapers, care needs to be taken to avoid anything that could clog the microscopic holes in the fabric. Detergent build-up, diaper rash remedies, fabric softeners, and mineral build-up are common culprits.
Detergent build-up will easily clog the pores/holes between the polyester fibers. Even the thinnest layer of build-up will cover these holes and will result in moisture beading up and rolling right off the fleece/suedecloth rather than move through the fabric into the absorbent insert.
To test pocket diapers that you are currently using to determine if you have detergent build-up, grab the nasal aspirator fill it with warm water and squeeze a stream of water mimicking pee onto the interior fleece or suede cloth of your stuffed pocket diaper. Does the water bead up into little droplets that sit on the top of the fabric, or run right off the diaper? Or does it immediately go through the fabric? If the water remains as little droplets or runs off, then you may need to consider stripping your diapers for better performance.
