Purchases Please note that the Hyena Cart E-commerce system is a commitment based system. It is not a traditional shopping cart. Clicking the "buy" button indicates a commitment to buy, and entering in a lottery or bidding on an auction indicates an intent to pay the final price.

If you purchase an item without intending to, please contact me immediately so that I can reverse the transaction. Otherwise, payment is expected at the time of purchase. Items will be restocked if payment is not accepted within 24 hours. Any overpayment you may make will be refunded to you promptly. This allows us to keep Hyena Cart working smoothly as it was intended. Please note that you may have your account blocked for non-payment. If you attempt a purchase and find that you are unable to make it, please contact me at treefrogknits@mchsi.com or knpyatt@mchsi.com and I will see what I can do about resolving the situation.

Return Policy I will provide returns on unwashed and unused products within 30 days from time of purchase. I only take returns from the original purchaser. Shipping will not be refunded unless there is a product defect. Products are washed and lanolized before the sale unless request is made not to on custom orders. I will accept only items that I’ve washed

Product Warranty: All Tree Frog Knits products purchased from this website will be under limited warranty for 30 days from date of purchase (to original purchaser only). This warranty covers any construction flaws. This warranty does not cover problems due to excess wear and tear *including use of bleach or oxi-clean*. Shipping Instock items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise noted. All wool items will be freshly washed and lanolized. I offer First Class & 2-day Priority shipping. There is no extra charge for me to ship to Canada, however if you live in Canada and would like Global Priority, contact me right away so we can figure out payment.

Forms of payment All prices are in US dollars. I accept postal money orders & paypal. E-checks must clear with my bank prior to shipping your order. I will require a deposit made on custom orders before I begin the order. The remainder will be due upon completion and before being shipped out. Please allow 2 weeks for completion of custom orders unless otherwise noted.

Customer Service I answer emails within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from me, please feel free to email me again. Sometimes emails disappear. When I’m closed for a break, I will make a note on my Hyena Cart and send an announcement out. Thank you for your support!

Pricing: All items will be priced according to the cost of materials plus labor. Many articles of the same make/size will be different in cost as I like to shop for different types and qualities of yarn thus affecting the overall price. I try to offer a variety each stocking.
