My Policies
Welcome to Calico Prairie! I so appreciate you stopping in! Please read my store policies and feel free to message me if you have any questions. All of my items are from a smoke-free home, however, I do have 3 fur babies. While I am careful not to allow them near my fabric stash, yarn and other notions, there is always a chance that pet dander is present on an item, therefore, you purchase at your own risk.

Payment Methods
I prefer Paypal (funded or cc payments), but I also accept personal check, or money order. Payment (or contact with seller if you are sending check or money order) must be made within 3 days of the sale, or Calico Prairie reserves the right to cancel a sale after those three days. In the event that the buyer sends a personal check, the check will be deposited within 48 hours and the order will be shipped within 48 hours of the check's clearing.

Shipping Info
I ship USPS first class (priority at additional cost, if requested) and only to the United States at this point. If you are an international buyer and would like one of my items, please feel free to message me for further information.
~For Paypal users: I ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
~For checks: I ship within 48 hours of your check clearing (for more information, see "Payment" policy)
~For money orders: I ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order that has already been paid for, please do so within 48 hours of your order submission. In the event that happens, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred, and will be refunded once the item is safely back in my hands and in sellable condition.

Repairs, Returns, Refunds
I stand by all of my work, and in the case that your item becomes damaged (i.e., stitches coming out, seams come apart, other problems with the construction of the item--not including stains, rips or other customer damages), please feel free to send the item back to me (buyer covers shipping costs), and I will do my best to repair it for you.

If you need to return an item for a refund, please do so within 7 days. Item must be intact and in sellable condition.
