In-stock items ship within 2 days. Punkin Booty Bits are poured fresh for my customers to avoid aging. Please allow me 3-7 days to ship these on to you. This keeps us both from being disappointed in case of holidays, emergency or weather issues that may arise. I inspect items before packing or shipping. Once your order is in the PO hands I am no longer responsible for said item. International/Canadian packages are taken to the Post Office and are generally shipped on weekends. Insurance: I offer insurance on all orders at a flat fee of Only $1.70. I do not require, but I suggest you add that on. If you do not purchase insurance- I can not be held responsible if the PO loses/misplaces/miss-ships your package. I of course will do all I can to help ensure you receive your order. Returns and exchanges: In-Stock - Any unworn, undamaged, unwashed item can be returned for fit issues. Customs - I cannot accept returns on custom items. If there is a flaw or material issue, I will work with you to create a replacement, but please remember that each diaper takes time to create.
