Most of my business work is done Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm CST. I will respond to emails and ship out in stock purchases asap during this time. Emails recieved or orders placed on the weekends will be responded to/shipped out on the next business day. Taking weekends off allows me to spend time with my family and keep up with housework. I work very hard to produce top quility items but I am not a machine. Everything I make is made by me in my home and because of that no two items are the same. I cloth diapered my daughter until she potty trained and bought many, many diapers during that time. I know all too well how dissappointing it is to reiceve a diaper that wasn't as described. I will do my best to disclose any defects in the item and if the defects are great enough the item will be sold as second quality. I will never sell an unuseable item. If you recieve a item and are for any reason unsatisfied with it please contact me asap to arrage for a return. I will accept returns on UNUSED items within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be given for the purchase price only, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Custom orders will be accepted from time to time. If you have questions or are interested in a custom slot please contact me. Depending on the size of the order most custom orders are completed in 7-10 business days. Once your order has been placed I will be able to give you a more exact time frame. The buyer will always be notified if there will be a delay and photos will be provided upon request.
