Silk painting is a delicate process and the paint tends to have a mind of its own. I won't offer a silk unless I am happy with the finished product overall. I hope you will see any "imperfections" as part of the individuality of each silk. My outlines look "sketchy" because that is my style and I try to add movement and light to my images. I also like to play with color blending and layering, which adds depth. Each silk is free hand and unique.

Items must be paid for within two hours of clicking the "Buy It Now" button. Failure to complete a transaction within that time limit, or to contact julia*dream via e-mail, will result in restocking the item(s).

Orders will be shipped within two business days of payment except for customs which will be shipped within three weeks of your order. julia*dream is not responsible items that are lost or damaged in transit.

First class shipping is included in the cost of the items for the U.S. and Canada. International customers and those who would like to make other shipping arrangements should contact julia*dream.

Returns are only accepted for structural problems with silks within 14 days after purchasing. Look at the photos of items carefully and ask questions before ordering. I try to disclose any aspects of the silk worth noting. Measurements are in inches and approximate.

The silks are meant to be played with and hold up well to constant use in our house with the occasional hand washing with cool water. I am not responsible for damage due to overly rough treatment or because of machine washing. Playsilks are not meant to hold weight or be a part of tug of war with the dog.

Speaking of dogs, silks are painted in a pet-friendly, smoke-free home, and are washed and packaged before shipping.
