I am a one person, out of my craftroom kind of "shop" I do not take refunds for custom purchases as your childs custom shoe or special item is designed for you/them in mind. If a shoe was sized wrong by me (but not if you mis-measured) I will absolutely replace unworn merchandise. I am always happy to work with you but cannot offer refunds on shipping or your one of a kind items. Thanks for understanding!
