Payment: Payment is required within 24 hours of purchase. I will attempt to contact you, but if I do not hear anything or receive your payment I will relist your item. No exceptions.

Shipping: All instock items are shipped out within 3 days of payment. All first class and priority shipping includes delivery confirmation when shipped within the USA. I cannot refund shipping. I can not held be responsible for lost or damaged packages, as I do offer insurance.

Returns/Exchanges: I try my best to offer only high quality products and work”mom”ship. I stand by my products and only offer items that I feel are perfect for sale. If a product I sell you is found to be defective, it can be returned for repair or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me before returning an item. I cannot pay return shipping, but may be able to pay for shipping the item back to you depending on circumstance. I do not accept seconds or sale items for return or exchange. Washed items or items that have been used are non-returnable.

Refunds: I am unable to give refunds. I can exchange your item for another instock item if they are unused and unwashed. I do not give refunds on seconds or sale items. Washed items or items that have been used are non-returnable.

International orders: I can ship internationally. Please choose priority shipping on check-out and include your full mailing address with payment. I will have to get a quote for you from the post office. Any over payments in shipping will be refunded.

Allergy information: I do have a DOG. She does not come into my sewing room and therefore does not touch my fabrics. I cannot promise that pet dander doesn’t settle on them at one point or another. If you have severe allergies to animals, please do not purchase my items. I am not responsible for any allergic reaction that you may have.
