All of my items come from a smoke-free home. We do have two chihuahuas. They are not allowed in the craft and sewing areas of our house!
Custom Orders: This includes semi custom orders. They will take 3 weeks or less to complete. I aim to complete all orders in 1 week. Please contact me for an estimated time frame for completion. I can try to work with you if you have a deadline for a swap or baby shower.
Payment: I accept paypal in US funds only. The item(s) will be re listed if payment is not received withing 48 hours of your purchase.
Shipping: All items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment. I purchase Delivery Confirmation on all items. You have the option to purchase insurance. I am not responsible for items once they leave my hands.
Returns: Please contact me (Monique@MamaMomoOnline.com) within two weeks of receiving your item(s) if you are not happy with your purchase. I will only accept returns for items in their original condition (unused and unworn). I will refund you for any items you return, less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
